Cutting in Swell
Frequently during rain events, on #15 green, surface water would runoff the hillside from the right side of the green and sheet across adding more water than needed. Fore Front construction company, after completing the bunker renovations, began sculpting a new swell that would lead water away from the green and exit out in front of the approach. In the past, water would settle and cause an unplayable area in the front of the green with mud and bare dirt. In the next two weeks, new Zoysia sod will be laid in the swell area and clean up of the green surrounds will begin.
