This week the GCM staff completed, with the exception of installing the new bag stand, Phase 2 of the clubhouse renovation master plan. Phase 2 included removing all the existing plant material, reshaping the land, installing drainage lines, installing drip irrigation/flower irrigation, dry creek bed, new plant installation, and clubhouse lighting. The project was topped off with a fresh application of mulch and we will be creating the bag stand concrete pad and ordering the new bag stand this week. Phase 2 plant materials consisted of similar plants chosen in Phase 1 on the left side of the clubhouse, Nellie R. Stevens Hollies, Lime Light Hydrangea, Green Velvet Boxwoods, Carpet Roses, and Otto Luyken Laurels.
